The Protocol Department of the MoFAIC is responsible for planning all incoming and outgoing state visits.
This department is engaged to facilitate the diplomatic missions here in Somaliland by creating an environment for diplomacy to prosper.
Additionally, this department follows the proper protocols and guidelines provided under Vienna Convention 1961 for all those who have diplomatic privileges to obtain cordial, safe passage, and conducive environment to stay, work, reside and visit Somaliland.
The Protocol department is also responsible for supporting the documentation services for individuals traveling from Somaliland to other countries for pruposes of Health, Sponsorship and others.
